RENT OUR BAKERY


Welcome to the Dream House!

 Our charming patisserie is spacious and ideal for upscale social events, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, and quaint celebrations.

Our bakery is located in historic downtown Stillwater, Oklahoma. The Cafe Dining Area is a natural light filled room with its original large windows, wood barrel ceiling, and painted brick walls.  Our tea room has a dining table with seating for 10 with  access to the kitchenette with ample space for prepping and catering. All of these rooms are included in your rental. 

When you rent the bakery you are renting the entire space as a venue after our closing hours.  If you would like to use our space for your event during our open hours 9am-3pm Tuesday-Friday it is free of charge.  (Please no outside food and drinks during open hour events, but you can bring anything you want to all rented events. ) 

 

WEEKEND PRICING 

$100 per hour  

Available Saturday-Sunday  8am - 10pm 

  • 2 hour event time (must include set up and tear down)
  • 26 seated guests with tables + seating for 30+ with out tables  (56 total seats)
  • Includes use of our vintage dishes, gold utensils, napkins and decorative platters and serving ware 
  • Outside food and drinks are allowed 

                                         AFTER HOURS WEEK DAY PRICING

75$ per hour

Available Monday-Friday  4pm - 10pm  

  • 2 hour event time (must include set up and tear down)
  • 26 seated guests with tables + seating for 30+ with out tables  (56 total seats)
  • Includes use of our vintage dishes, gold utensils, napkins and decorative platters and serving ware
  • Outside food and drinks are allowed 

 

GUIDLINES

 

  • Furniture nor decor may be moved, with the exception of the cafe chairs.
  • Nothing may be taped or pinned to the walls, furniture, decor, or light fixtures.
  • Real flame candles are prohibited unless on a cake, please use battery-operated candles only.
  • No glitter, confetti or paint.
  • There will always be an barista / attendee present at your event as a manager of the venue. If your party will be ordering drinks we can start a tab for your group and wash any dishes that you use from the bakery. 
  • You do not need to clean up anything but you must take out any decorations or throw away any trash in the trash bins provided. 
  • Your end time means doors locks and lights turn off. Please include tear down and clean up time before your time ends.   Additional hours rented past your time will double in rates. 

 

DAMAGES

  • A credit card must be kept on file for damages.
  • Damages include breakage, stains, rips, tears, or harm to any decor, furnishings, fixtures, appliances, or other property of Dream House Bakery.
  • Clients will be immediately charged the full cost of replacement or repair, including labor.
