Madeleine

Dainty buttercream roses adorn the buttercream wreath of piping on this classic 6" round cake.  Light and creamy filling with silky buttercream made from scratch.

The Madeleine cake has a base coat with an off-white, whipped buttercream color with artificial dye-free piping colors. Leaves are a soft neutral green. Buttercream roses may be a soft light blue, lavender, soft pink or peach tone. 

Our classic cakes are 6" round and 2 layers high with a filling. Slice the cake in 1" x 2" pieces to get 10-12 servings.
